How "modest" does an LDS civil ceremony wedding dress need to be?

I know that there are very strict rules about what you can wear in the temple- but how much flesh would be considered offensive for a non-LDS bride to show when marrying her LDS fiancee in an ordinary civil wedding, possibly to be held in the hall at a stake center?
I have found a dress that I love and which fits perfectly; I was pretty proud of myself for finding one with long opaque sleeves and which doesn't show any cleavage. It does, however, show off my collarbone, and about an inch of shoulder top and shoulderblades- my best features, and I don't want to cover them up. I don't think it looks risque or raunchy at all, but I am afraid that I might offend some fuddy-duddy relative (particularly one who isn't happy about my non-LDS status).
Reckon I can get away with gratuitous clavicle?

You can't always please everyone all the time, and just incase you do run into someone who is still not please by your dress after you are married, and does happen to make a comment to you, (which I doubt they would to your face) just say to them "If you have a problem with it, you can go talk to my husband about it, he is th e head of the household now and has no problem with what I am wearing." or if you see some lady looking at you strange and you assume it is about a little skin showing, you just remember that, if hubby has no problem with it, then why should you, so you should not feel quilty about what you are wearing in God's house.

If you really think to stand out is the most important part of your wedding ceremony, don’t go for a modest wedding gown. But if you insist the most attractive part of a bride derives from her inner beauty, a modest wedding gown is no doubt a wonderful option as it often mirror the rich and modest heart of the bride. How would a groom response to such a kind-hearted lady? Nothing is more attractive than the beautiful heart of a bride for a groom. And a modest wedding dress can get it right.
