Well, in my opinion your first move is to cut off all contact.
Yes I know it sound ridiculous but there's method in the madness.
No doubt you are feeling some serious emotional pain right now.
Your emotions are no doubt up & down like a yo-yo.
Don't worry as stopping any contact will work for you on two fronts.
First off, you get chance to heal.
A chance to heal those battered emotions.
