Where can I buy a VERY VERY CHEAP bridal gown?

preferably in queens or manhattan area. and I mean like EXTREMELY cheap. $30 or so would be a perfect price. doesnt have to be new, doesnt have to be in 100% perfect condition. I guess I'm looking for a small shop that has a bridal gown noone would buy =))) anyone knows a place like that??? really important..

Usually they will be in at least decent condition since wedding gowns are only worn once (or maybe twice if passed down from generations).
