What should I wear to an afternoon beach wedding in June?

I will be attending my first beach wedding this June, and am having a hard time picking a dress. I am a size 4, and prefer knee-length or slightly below the knee dresses. I am 28, and a married mom of 2, and don't like dressing like a teenager. I am looking for a sexy, sophisticated, and most importantly, appropriate dress. Please send me some suggestions. (The cocktail begins at noon, followed by a chapel ceremony, followed by an evening reception).
