I'm not going to get a really short one, maybe just a lil past my knees or something. I was wondering, because I didn't want a long flowing gown bc our wedding is casual. I just want to know what you guys think.

groomsmen attire question?

I am unfamiliar with most wedding protocol. It's nice to have this forum because...If it's customary for the bridesmaids to pay for their own dresses, do the groomsmen pay for their tux rentals? Or do we pay for that? It's actually a garden wedding, and the bridesmaids are wearing more casual 'tea length' dresses. So, should the groomsmen just wear suits? My dress is casual and we haven't even decided what my groom should wear? Can someone help me? Here's a link to my dress for a better idea.

If you can afford to pay for the mens suits then do so, but if the women are are paying for their own, then its ok to ask the men to do so as well. I think if the attire is going towards casual with tea length dresses, than the men should wear suits instead of tuxes, maybe in a sand color or light gray.
